1. Ultra-Thin Magnetic Track Installation
Installing KingOrnan’s Surface Mounted Ultra Slim Magnetic Track is a straightforward process that doesn’t require any slotting, making it a great option for secondary renovations or scenarios requiring easy installation. Here are the user-friendly steps:
- Prepare for Installation: With an electric drill, create a hole in the wall that matches the diameter of your expansion bolt. The depth of this hole should be the same as the length of the expansion bolt. Insert the expansion bolt into the drilled hole. Generally, you’ll need to secure each guide rail with two screws, meaning you’ll need to drill two holes.
- Mount the Rail: Drill corresponding holes onto the guide rails. Align these holes with the ones on your wall. Thread screws through the holes in the guide rails and into the expansion bolts affixed to the wall. Securely tighten the screws to fasten the guide rails. Once the screws are tightened, the installation is complete.
2. Ultra-Thin Magnetic Track Connectors Installation
- Select the necessary track connection accessories based on the design. The electrified part of the magnetic track connector faces the track. Press one end of the connector onto the track already fixed to the ceiling, then press the track to be connected onto the other interface of the connector. Finally, secure the newly connected track to the ceiling just as in the first step.

Moreover, you can freely move them along the track, adjusting the direction and position of your lighting until you achieve the desired lighting effect.
- Finally, install the magnetic drive onto the track just like the lights, and connect the wiring to power it up. With that, your entire magnetic track system is fully installed.
